I had a 10 year dream, wish, plan that almost everything came true. 1988 I would graduate from Sahuaro,
1989 I got married to my high school sweetheart, Curtis Crisp, on our 4 year anniversary June 17,1989
1990 we bought our first house in Mesa AZ,
1991 & 92 - go to College, did that at ASU that was fun with Chi Alpha and friends,
1993 Graduated from ASU Dec 93 with HONORS! 1994 - get a job - did that, got my first choice, teaching 5th grade at Houston Elem. in Gilbert, AZ,
1995 get pregnant, then we lost our first baby, that was very sad we named her Heaven Leigh, 1996 Have a baby - We were Blessed with our first son, Matthew "Gift from God" He truelly is! 1997 Build our first home on our acre. That was tough, but fun!
1998 - Started teaching Ameican Sign Language, my dream! I love it still!!
1999 My husband and I went to Las Vegas and renewed our wedding vows at Excalibur Hotel
2000 Our second son, Trevor was born our little "treasure millenium baby"
Wow everything came true except for the loss of our first baby, now I guess I'd better start thinking about making some more dreams, except for the fact that I've been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis my life has been a dream come true. Now I just pray for a cure so that I can continue to live my life w/ my husband and 2 WONDERFUL boys that I love so dearly!!

School Story:

Wow, I loved my 4 years at Sahuaro, I had so much fun in gymnastics, Choir, Drama, Yearbook staff, and of course learning American Sign Language with Mrs. Harvey who now works at Vail, AZ with my cousin, but I was lucky enough to talk to her on the phone and tell her how thankful I was to learn sign language to use it in my life.
I was very happy that my brother was a Senior when I first started Sahuaro so I already knew all the good lookin' Senior guys, Danny Center, Greg Davis, Paul, and many others I can't name them all.
Even though I worked a lot of my School years, I was lucky enough to get a job at Golf - N - Stuff and work w/ LOTS of good lookin' guys, AHHH the memories I will treasure forever!
I will never forget our prom, I was able to go Junior year too w/ my friend Chris Booher and Stacey Crooks, who now I am very sad to say that Stacey has passed away at the very young age of 36, she had been my friend since 4th grade. Stacey graduated early 1987, but she wasn't supposed to graduate until 1988 with us.
I also remember my Senior Prom I took my husband to be, Curtis didn't know it then of course, but we shared some great times with my friend Cynthia Dobbs, would love to see her again! Hope she finds me on facebook!
